Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment: Once your booking request is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be made in full prior to or on the day of your booking, as outlined on the invoice. All studio bookings require full payment of the invoiced hire fee before use, with payment confirmation received in cleared funds. Any additional fees or damages will be invoiced post-hire and must be paid within 24 hours. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@thatcreativehub.au. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 3 to 5 days will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Bookings can be placed on hold for up to 48 hours, but if payment is not received within that time, the booking will be released.

Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises. They are only permitted on the cyclorama if they are part of the shoot and under direct adult supervision. While on the cyclorama, children must behave appropriately and avoid activities that may pose risk to themselves or others.

Studio Access and Usage: The client agrees to use the studio space solely for the purpose specified in the booking. Access is permitted only during the booked times. Any extensions must be arranged and confirmed in advance, pending availability. The client is responsible for ensuring all individuals involved with their booking follow studio rules, safety protocols, and equipment guidelines. To prevent damage, furniture and equipment must not be dragged across the floor.

Damages and Liability: The client is liable for any damage to studio property or equipment caused during the hire period, whether by them or their guests. That Creative Hub reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs as needed. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance to cover any liabilities related to their studio use.

Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for the health and safety of everyone present during their booking. All safety regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other public health guidelines, must be followed.

Indemnification The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless That Creative Hub, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the studio space.

Miscellaneous: That Creative Hub reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking at its discretion. Any changes to the booking agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the client and That Creative Hub and override any previous discussions or agreements.

By booking a space at That Creative Hub, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
