Rules and Regulations
We appreciate your cooperation in following these studio guidelines to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Studio Access & Arrival: Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled booking time to ensure a smooth start. Each booking includes a 10-minute grace period before and after for set-up and pack-down. Any additional time beyond this grace period will be charged in 10-minute increments at the standard hourly rate. Please note that late arrivals do not extend the booking time. Sessions must end at the originally scheduled time.

Parking: On weekdays, one car park is available directly in front of the studio. All other vehicles must park on Hewitt Way. On weekends, additional parking may be arranged upon request. For events, only event staff may use front parking. All patrons must park on the street and walk into the venue.

Access & Amenities: Clients have access to ground floor amenities including the kitchen, bathroom, green room, dressing room, cyclorama, props, and backdrops. A shower and kitchenette are also available. Studio access is limited to the ground and first floor only.
Cyclorama Rules Shoes are not allowed on the cyclorama unless worn by models. Food and drinks are not permitted on the cyclorama at any time.

Personal Items:Clients are responsible for the safety and security of all personal belongings and props. All items must be removed at the end of the booking.

Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval and must be directly involved in the shoot. Owners are fully responsible for their pets' behaviour and safety.
​
Children: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors throughout the booking.

Behaviour & Conduct: Respectful and professional behaviour is required at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the booking.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not allowed inside the studio. Pyrotechnics, fire, and climbing on studio furniture or fitting rooms are strictly prohibited. Alcohol cannot be sold for profit on the premises. If alcohol is to be consumed, a $250 licensing fee applies, a waiver must be signed, and security is required if an open bar is present.

Cleaning & Studio Condition: Clients are expected to leave the space clean and in its original layout. Dishes must be washed and rubbish disposed of properly. A cleaning fee of $120 will apply if the space is left untidy. If the grace period is exceeded by more than 15 minutes, an overtime fee of $129 per hour will apply.
​
Equipment: Studio lighting includes two LED panels and one continuous light with a dome or softbox. Clients are financially responsible for any damages to studio equipment or property during their booking.
​
Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation protection was purchased in advance.
​
Security: Security cameras operate in shared and common areas to ensure the safety of all clients, staff, and equipment.
